PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rear seat space accurately controllable for air conditioning by installing solar-radiation amount detecting means in a baggage delivery door, and controlling the rear seat space for air conditioning on the basis of an amount of solar radiation detected just before the baggage delivery door, being detected by on-off state detecting means, comes to a state of being opened, namely, when the door is in a state of being yet closed.
SOLUTION: In a device which controls a rear seat space B in a car room for air conditioning, a solar radiation amount detecting means 46b is installed in a baggage delivery door 100. Since a vehicle is stopped when this baggage delivery door 100 comes to a state of being opened from the closure, at the time just before the baggage delivery door 100 comes to a state of being opened, the amount of solar radiation defected by the solar radiation detecting means 46b is considered to be equivalent to the amount of solar radiation being incident into the rear seat space B substantially. Accordingly, the rear seat space B is controlled for air conditioning on the basis of the amount of solar radiation detected the solar radiation detecting means 46b at the time just before the baggage delivery door 1000 comes to a state of being opened, namely, when this door 100, being detected by an on-off state detecting means, is in a state of being yet cloded, by this air-conditioning control means.
