PURPOSE: To maintain at a desired value the quantity of heat supplied into a passenger room, by providing a means for compensating electric power to an electric blower depending on dynamic pressure due to the movement of a vehicle to make the quantity of heat independent of the speed of the vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: Signals from a vehicle speed sensor 10 which detects vehicle speed pulses corresponding to the rotational frequency of a speed-meter or the like, a blown-off air temperature setting unit 11, a blown-off air temperature quantity setting unit 12 and an internal and external air change-over switch 14 are applied to a microcomputer 15 through an input interface 13 to perform calculation and discrimination in accordance with a control program to supply control signals to a drive circuit 17 for a suction port selection damper 6, a drive circuit 19 for an electric blower 2 and a drive circuit 20 for an air mixing damper 9. Electric power to the blower 2 is compensated by control elements depending on the fluctuation in the speed of a vehicle to supply an accurate quantity of air to prevent the change in the temperature of a passenger room.
