To provide an air conditioner of a working machine capable of restricting influence of powdery dusts such as soil dusts and the like.

The air conditioner 2 installed in a cab 1 of the working machine is constructed such that its air intake port 2b is mounted at a position nearer a ceiling 4 than a floor 3 of the cab 1. Then, a body 2a of the air conditioner is mounted on a floor and at the same time the body 2a of the air conditioner and the air intake port 2b are connected with an air conditioning pipe 2c. Further, the cab 1 has a rear window wiper, a wiper motor for driving the wiper and a guard member for protecting the wiper motor, and a member 10 having an opening therein formed with the air intake port 2b is fastened with bolts together with the guard member against the rear wall of the cab 1.
