Abstract:
To provide an air conditioner capable of easily updating or adding a customer' desiring control software and to provide a control software updating system.
The control software updating system is provided with an internet system using a telephone or a computer at a service center side including a store and the customer side, and has a structure in which a connecting terminal for connecting the air conditioner to a communication terminal device. By using this updating system, after contents of the control software are explained in detail to the customer and requirements of the customer are confirmed, the software is updated by using an internet or a memory card.
