Abstract:
To provide an air conditioner capable of operating a slave unit without re-setting the slave unit for a master unit in the case that the master unit stops operation because of abnormality.
The master unit 1-A monitors occurrence of abnormality while the master unit 1-A and the slave unit 1-B are operating in sync. When abnormality is detected, the master unit 1-A stops operation and determines whether a wired-remote-controller 4 and a second communication means 9-A work normally or not. In the case that they do not work normally, the slave unit 1-B stops operation. In the case that they work normally, the slave unit 1-B continues operation according to an input signal from the wired-remote-controller.
