This air conditioner includes a heat exchanger 11 which is provided with: a fin group 13 having the plurality of fins 12 laminated leaving clearances 12a; the heat transfer pipes 14 extended to the laminated direction and arranged to penetrate through the plurality of fins 12; and a component mounting tool 20 comprising a plate-shaped part 21 having through-holes 23 to which the heat transfer pipes 14 can be inserted, inserted along the laminated direction by penetrating the heat transfer pipes 14 through the through-holes 23 and arranged in the middle of the laminated direction of the fins 12 and mounting pieces 22 provided integrally with the plate-shaped part 21 and capable of being mounted with the components.
