To provide an air conditioner that gives excellent audibility by reducing harsh NZ noise generated by the interference of blow-off air from a turbo fan with a baffle plate which partitions an opening of a heat exchanger and fixes the heat exchanger.
In the air conditioner configured so that a heat exchanger 18 which is bent rectangularly, and has its corner opened is arranged to surround the periphery of a turbo fan provided in a unit body 10, and a baffle plate 25 which partitions an inner space 23 sectioned by the heat exchanger 18 and an outer piping chamber 24 is provided in the opening of the corner, a plurality of holes 25A are bored only in the upper half part of the baffle plate 25 corresponding to the main plate side of the turbo fan.
