Only R32 or a mixed refrigerant containing the prescribed mass% or more of R32 is used as a refrigerant. The refrigerant containing the prescribed amount or more of the lubricating oil is supplied to a compressor 104 of an outdoor unit 100 so as to prevent two-layer separation of the liquid refrigerant and the lubricating oil. By returning the lubricating oil separated in an oil separator 106 to an accumulator 105 with the usage of an oil return capillary 107, generation of a two-layer separation region can be suppressed in the accumulator. The lubricating oil can be supplied to the compressor 104 by sending a gas refrigerant containing a suitable amount of the liquid refrigerant from the accumulator 105.
