Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of effectively preventing a blower fan from the adhesion of fine particles without increasing the draft resistance of an airflow.SOLUTION: An enclosure 26 of an air conditioner forms a passage 81 for an air flow. A charge electrode 73 is arranged in the passage 81. The charge electrode 73 discharges into an air flow thereby to charge a substance in the air flow. A blower fan 24 is arranged in the passage 81 downstream of the charge electrode 73 along the flow direction of the air flow, and has a conductive material at least partially on the surface. A voltage source 78 is connected with the conductive material 76 of the blower fan 24. The voltage source 78 feeds the conductive material 76 with a voltage of the same polarity as that of the discharge.
