PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a disease state of a patient is not improved.SOLUTION: A local cleaning air cleaner 1 of the invention comprises: a casing 2 having an air inlet 2a and an air outlet 2b; a fan 3 disposed within the casing 2; a filter 4 through which airflow generated by the fan 3 passes; a hydrogen generator 5 which generates a hydrogen gas within the casing 2; and a tank 7 which houses water supplied to the hydrogen generator 5.
