PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit of an air conditioner that can maintain design property of a surface of a receiving part.SOLUTION: In the air conditioner including the receiving part for a human presence sensor, a remote control receiver and the like inside a front face or lower face, the receiving part is stored in a storage part 9 provided inside thereof, an opening part 15 having a rib in at least peripheral edge is provided forward of the storage part 9, the opening part 15 is covered by bringing a resin sheet into contact with the rib, and a color thicker than a color of a surface of the resin sheet is colored or print layer 14 is applied on at least a front face side of the rib.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
