Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that enables a user to easily operate an intended wind direction plate and thus can improve operability even when the user is not aware of correlation between an actual wind direction plate and a schematic diagram of a wind direction plate displayed on a remote controller.SOLUTION: A schematic diagram 52g of an indoor unit 5 indicating the orientation of the indoor unit 5 viewed from a position where a user operates a remote control 50 is displayed in a display area. In the schematic diagram 52g, a rhomboid or trapezoid frame and 1 to 4 of wind direction plate identification numbers corresponding to sides of the frame, respectively are displayed simultaneously. In one side of the schematic diagram 52g, a block circle direction mark 52x corresponding to a reference mark 5e of the indoor unit 5 is displayed. Since the schematic diagram 52g can be rotated for storage, it is stored so that the reference mark 5e of the actual indoor unit 5 is aligned with the orientation of the direction mark 52x of the remote control 50 when the indoor unit 5 is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
