Abstract:
To suppress damage of a compressor and an apparatus disposed at a discharge side of the compressor by adjusting a temperature of a refrigerant guided to the compressor to a desired temperature even when a hot gas bypass pipe is disposed.SOLUTION: A multi-type air conditioner 1 includes an accumulator 19 for gas-liquid separation of a refrigerant guided to a compressor 10, a suction pipe 38 for guiding the gas-phase refrigerant from the accumulator 19 to the compressor 10, a first oil pipe 46 for guiding an oil from the accumulator 19 to the compressor 10, a branch pipe 40 having an expansion valve 18 for supercooling and extracting a part of the refrigerant from a second liquid pipe 34, a first hot gas bypass pipe 41 having a hot gas bypass valve 41a and guiding the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 10 to the branch pipe 40, a supercooling heat exchanger 17 for cooling the refrigerant toward an evaporator, and a second hot gas bypass pipe 42 for guiding the refrigerant cooled by the supercooling heat exchanger 17 to a pipe at an inlet side of the accumulator 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
