Abstract:
To provide an air conditioner capable of sufficiently securing the performance of a holding mechanism, while enhancing the degree of freedom in size and arrangement of a heat exchanger stored in a case.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 10 includes: a case 20 having an opening 26; an open panel 40 supported in such manner that an upper end part can swing vertically with respect to the case 20; and a holding mechanism 60 for holding the open panel 40 in a state of opening the opening 26 in the case 20. The holding mechanism 60 includes: a first arm 61 having a first surface; a second arm having a second surface; and protrusion part (a first protrusion part 63, a second protrusion part 64) protruding to the other side from at least one side out of the first surface and the second surface. The first arm 61 has flexibility only in the direction where it approaches/is separated with respect to the second arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
