To provide an air conditioner capable of reducing its size and improving its energy consumption efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat absorbing/generating part having elasticity has a heat absorbing/generating material which changes in phase along with the application/release of stress to absorb/generate heat. A heat conduction part for conducting the heat of the heat absorbing/generating part has an extension portion extending from a storage part. A flow mechanism makes medium flow in a medium flow path.
