Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten working hours in detaching a filter, by enabling detachment of the filter without detaching a glove box.
SOLUTION: A filter 6 is constituted of only a filtering material, the outer periphery of the filter 6 is supported by a first supporting part 51, an approximately central part of the filter 6 is supported by a second supporting part 52, and therefore, deformation of the filtering material caused by ventilation resistance is prevented. Since the filter 6 is constituted of only a filtering material and can be bent, the filter 6 can be detached even in a narrow space in to which a hand of an operator can be inserted, accordingly, work for detaching an obstacle to detachment is not required.
