Abstract:
Disclosed is an air conditioner that is indoor equipment provided with an imaging device, wherein the imaging device is provided with a human body detecting means that detects the presence or absence of a person and an obstacle detecting means that detects the presence or absence of an obstacle; and that is configured in a manner such that a wind direction altering means, which is disposed in the indoor equipment, is controlled on the basis of a detection signal from the human body detecting means and a detection signal from the aforementioned obstacle detecting means. Specifically, in cases in which during heating a wall is assessed to be present in an obstacle position determining region that falls within a human position determining region in which a person has been assessed to be present, temperature is shifted such that a set temperature, which has been set by a remote operation device that remotely operates an air conditioner, is reduced by a prescribed temperature.
