PURPOSE: To conduct the air-conditioning and ventilation of a room without using fans, recirculation ducts and the like by drawing in the air of the room by means of a nozzle having an ejector effect in blowing off the conditioned air by recirculating the mixture of the conditioned air and air of the room.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 13 is constituted in such a manner as to extend in the axial direction of an aircraft in the passenger cabin, to blow off a regulating air into an air passageway 12, and to obtain an ejector effect drawing in the air of the passenger cabin from a space provided between the nozzle 13 and the inner wall panel 11 of the aircraft. When the regulating air is therefore blown off into the passageway 12 from the nozzle 13 through an air supply duct 2 from an air conditioner 1, the air of the passenger cabin is drawn into the air passageway 12 by the ejector effect. The mixture of the conditioned air in the passageway 12 and a blown air is blown off to the passenger cabin from the upper air passageway 12, the air-conditioning and ventilation being carried out. On the other hand, a part of the air in the passenger cabin is discharged to the underneath the floor from an exhaust port 4, and is discharged from an disused louver 6 through an outflow valve 5 to the atmosphere.
