PURPOSE: To improve drainage and to prevent damage of an air conditioner due to freezing of remaining water by so mounting a heat exchanger at a frame as to be a descending trend toward an outlet header of a room heater.
CONSTITUTION: Heat medium (warm water) supplied from an inlet 6a of a room heater 6 is introduced into an inlet side header 6c, further introduced into a header 6a through a heat exchanger 6e disposed in an upper half of the heater 6, discharged from an outlet 6b of an outlet header 6d through the exchanger 6e disposed in a lower half of the heater 6 to circulate to a heat source machine. Remaining water in the heater 6 after the heater 6 is used is fed to the headers 6c, 6d via the exchanger 6e attached to a frame 6g with a slope to become downward gradient toward the header 6d. The water fed to the header 6c is sent to the header 6d through a drain tube 6i, and discharged from the outlet 6b through the header 6d.
