To make a temperature in a room uniform in a short time by oscillating louvers between a spot control position for feeding the air to be diffused to the farthest position and a wide control position for feeding the air to a widest range, and attitude controlling so that the louvers are alternately conducted under the spot control and the wide control.
In the case of a spot control, ends of upper part materials 8a of right and left louvers 8 of two sets are all inclined inwards. A wind is concentrated to a center of an air outlet of an indoor unit, and hence the diffused air is arrived remotely in a narrow range on its extension line. Meanwhile, in the case of a wide control, the ends of the materials 8a of the right and left louvers 8 of the two sets are inclined right and left outwards, and hence the air is diffused to right and left sides of the outlet. Then, the louvers 8 are oscillated between a spot control position and a wide control position, and hence the diffused air from the indoor unit is broadened substantially uniformly over an entire area in the room, thereby making earlier in the room uniform as compared with a prior art.
