Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a guard wire provided at an outlet of an indoor machine. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is adapted such that a casing 5 is provided which covers surroundings of an air fan 9 and guides air from the air fan 9 to an outlet 11, and a hinge plate 6 is provided, which is connected with a downward side of the casing 5 and constitutes upper and lower and left and right wall surfaces of the outlet 11, and further a notched hole is formed in an end surface 5c of the one side wall of the casing 5 or the hinge plate 6. A holding part facing the notched hole is provided in the other side wall, and a guard wire 10 is formed by being folded into a substantially U shape. The guard wire 10 on a folded side is engaged with the cutout hole and is held between the casing 5 and the hinge plate 6, and the tip end of the guard wire 10 is held with the holding part. The folded part is held between a protruded pat provided on the one side wall of the outlet 11 and a stopper facing the protrtuded part.
