PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner in which an air flow from an indoor unit to the interior of the room is introduced to an air path provided at the under- floor portion by use of an air circulator, and the floor surface side can be warmed by the air path.

CONSTITUTION: A blower 22 is provided at the lower part of an indoor unit which sends air-conditioned air into the room 2, for example, within an air circulator 20, disposed at a just below portion. The blower 22 blows in air blows out of an indoor unit 11 and send it to an air path 21 below the floor surface 24. The blower 22 of the air circulator 20 operates in linkage with a blower 15 of the indoor unit 11 to send air efficiently. The air path 21 is formed by the floor surface 24, and a heat insulating material 23 disposed by providing a clearance below the floor surface 24. This air path 21 has an opening 25 formed in the floor surface 24 in the vicinity of a side wall on the side opposite to the above air circulator 20.
