A filter part 15 forms the closed space 17 by closing at least a part of the chamber part 1 in a radiation direction of illumination light, illumination light from the lighting equipment 23 is attenuated and made translucent to the outside, and air for air conditioning in the closed space 17 is ventilated to the outside.
