An air conditioning device includes a fin-and-tube heat exchanger 21 and a fan 22 for sending air to the heat exchanger 21 in a housing 11 thereof, wherein tubes 43 are arranged in multi-stages and a stage pitch H1 between the tubes 43 in a position closer to the fan 22 is smaller than any other stage pitches of different portions.
