When an auxiliary heater is not used and if a temperature of engine cooling water is not more than threshold value determined in advance according to a target blowoff temperature, a normal engine start request control is performed so as to prevent decrease in temperature of the engine cooling water as heat source in heating (204). When the auxiliary heater is used, an engine stop time is elongated by performing an engine-on request control with saved power wherein a threshold value of a water temperature is lower than that of a water temperature in the normal engine start request control (212).
