In an air conditioning device for a vehicle, in which a damper 5 can be turned by a manual operation via a lever 7 that is fitted and supported in a side face of a unit case 2 so as to be rotatable, or which can be turned by an actuator 21 that is directly connected to a rotary shaft 6 of the damper 5, a wall in a part supporting the lever 7 on the unit case 2 side is made a double-layer wall, and a support section 17 for rotatably fitting and supporting a fitting section 8 of the lever 7 is disposed on the outer wall 2A of the double-layer wall.
