In a blower unit 13 for toilet ventilation, a mounting substrate 22 is mounted to a second case body 2 from an upper part by a joining tool 23 such as screws, thus removing the mounting substrate 22 from the second base body 2 by removing the joining tool 23 when the blower unit 13 for toilet ventilation is to be removed while an impeller 11 for composing the blower unit 13 for toilet ventilation, a motor 12, and a casing 24 for covering impeller 11 are being mounted onto the mounting substrate 22. At this time, a second case body 2 is mounted to a first case body 1 by a joining tool 25 such as the screws, thus preventing packing 35 for sealing that is provided between the second and first case bodies 2 and 1 from being damaged, and preventing the ventilation performance from being deteriorated.
