To rapidly let actual cooling performance approximate to a target cooling performance in starting a compressor.
A target rotational speed of the compressor IVOn is determined in starting an electric compressor 21 based on a target blow-off temperature for indicating the magnitude of an air-conditioning load. Thus, an after-evaporation temperature TE can be rapidly approximated to the target cooling performance (TEO) as compared with a conventional control method of adding incremental/decremental rotational speed Δf to the rotational speed (fn-1) of the actual electric compressor 21, or Orpm. Accordingly, a large cooling performance can be obtained in a short time, thus the indoor temperature rapidly can be lowered to the comfortable temperature at the time of quick cooling in starting the air-conditioning.
