This air conditioning device 1 comprises a refrigerant circuit 10. The refrigerant circuit 10 has a compressor 111, a heat exchanger for heat storage 141, a gas-side refrigerant pipe 154, and a cooling means 143. The heat exchanger for heat storage 141 is a heat exchanger for storing the warm heat included in a discharged refrigerant in the heat storage material. The gas-side refrigerant pipe 154 is connected to a gas side of the heat exchanger for heat storage 141. Further the gas-side refrigerant pipe 154 assumes a role to guide the discharged refrigerant to the heat exchanger for heat storage 141. The cooling means 143 can cool the discharged refrigerant flowing in the gas-side refrigerant pipe 154.
