To provide an air conditioning device improved in cooling capacity by recovering the cold heat of drain water.

The air conditioning device is equipped with a heat exchanger 14, an expansion valve 21 for depressurizing a refrigerant supplied to the heat exchanger 14, a drain pan 22 for receiving drain water from the heat exchanger 14, and a drain pump 23 for pumping the drain water accumulated in the drain pan 22 and discharging it to the outside of the device. The air conditioning device is further provided with a double pipe 33 for heat-exchanging and cooling the drain water pumped by the drain pump 23 and the refrigerant flowing in refrigerant piping 32 provided to the refrigerant piping 32 on the upstream side of the expansion valve 21 at the time of a cooling operation.
