To provide an air conditioning device which suppresses growing of molds, by detecting water attached to an indoor unit and surely evaporating the water by heating.
This air conditioning device comprises: a detecting means for detecting water attached to a fan blade 5b of an air distribution fan 5 of the indoor unit 1; a heating means for drying the inside of the indoor unit 1; and a control device for controlling the heating means on the basis of a signal from the detecting means. The water attached to the fan blade 5b of the air distribution fan 5 is detected by an optical sensor of the detecting means, and the inside of the indoor unit 1 is dried by the heating means, so that the water does not remain, the growing of molds is suppressed, and the inside of the indoor unit is kept in a desired sanitary conditions.
