Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air leak from the front and rear end parts of a filter body in a main body box and to simplify recycling.
SOLUTION: A plurality of filter bodies 2 are provided between the air inflow part 3 and air outflow port 4 in a main body box 1 so as to be housed in a zigzag state. When the filter bodies 2 are inserted in the main body box 1 and a press frame member 24 is fitted in the air inflow port 3, the fixed projection of a top plate is inserted in the notch of an upper crossbeam and the fixed projection 38 of a bottom plate 6 is inserted in the notch 42 of a lower crossbeam 22 so that both projections reach the front position of a guide wall surface. The sliders 37 on the upper and lower crossbeam 22 are slid to insert the wedge-shaped parts 40 provided to the leading ends of the sliders in the gaps between the fixed projections 38 and the guide wall surface under pressure. The whole of the press frame member is pushed in the main body box and the whole filter body is pushed rearwardly to insert not only a front frame 9c in the groove 21a of a front vertical crosspiece 21 but also a rear frame 9d in the groove 20a of a rear vertical crosspiece 20 to seal them in a close contact state through seal materials 43.
