To mainly use the same instrument panel and an air-conditioning grille part as they are regardless of existence of a covering material.
In an air-conditioning grille part mounting structure, the covering material 21 is selectively made adhesive relative to the instrument panel 1, and the same instrument panel 1 and the air-conditioning grille part 3 can be used as they are. An abutment part 15 and an engagement fixing part 17 are made to a side displacement responding type abutment part 28 capable of allowing side displacement of mating surfaces 13, 13' by an amount of thickness of the covering material 21, and a side displacement responding type engagement fixing part 29. A grille part rattling prevention means 25 capable of preventing rattling accompanying the side displacement of the air-conditioning grille part 3 is interposed between the grille part mounting part 10 and the air-conditioning grille part 3.
