The air-conditioning lighting fixture includes a fan 2, the lighting tool 3 arranged at an air passage moving by means of rotation of the fan 2, a coupling section 4 for coupling the lighting tool 3 and the fan 2, and a plate-shaped section 5 arranged at a suction side of the fan 2 with a first designated space 7 from the fan 2. The fan 2 has a rotary blade section 21, and a frame 22 arranged at the periphery of the blade section 21. The lighting tool 3 has an irradiating section 31 arranged around the frame 22 and irradiating light to a ventilation side of the fan 2, and a second designated space 6 is arranged between the lighting tool 3 and the plate-shaped section 5.
