A house 10 is provided with an entrance hall 11, a corridor 12, a living room 13 etc. An air conditioning device 21 and a lighting device 22 are installed in the living room 13, and the lighting device 22 has a function of adjusting color temperature of irradiated light. In the living room 13, a room temperature sensor 23 detecting room temperature of the living room 13 and a thermocamera 24 monitoring a human skin temperature of a resident existing in the living room 13 are mounted. A controller performs operation control of the air conditioning device 21 and the lighting device 22 on the basis of a detected result of the room temperature sensor 23 and the human skin temperature information obtained from the thermocamera 24. Specifically, in an operating state of the air conditioning device 21, the color temperature of the irradiated light from the lighting device 22 is adjusted on the basis of the detected result of the room temperature sensor 23 and the human skin temperature information obtained from the thermocamera 24.
