Abstract:
To dispense with a duct housing a dry coil to improve the space efficiency in a clean room system, and to heighten an air mixing rate in an air supply passage on a ceiling member to stabilize the supply air temperature.
The dry coil with a fan is disposed on the floor surface of a clean room to thereby induce return air, the return air in the clean room is blown out in a jet from an air jet nozzle provided on the upper part of the dry coil with a fan to the ceiling surface. The jet is returned to the air supply passage from an opening part provided in a ceiling member. Thus, clean air is recirculated and used in the clean room.
