Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning refrigerant receiver easy in processing of its container body by providing excellent foam breakability and charge toughness of refrigerant and easily mounting and positioning a filter and content such as desiccant, and a method for manufacturing the body.
SOLUTION: In the case of molding a container body 1 integrally having a head 2, an outer cylinder 3 and inner cylinder 4 by forging, an annular step protrusion 11 is integrally formed between the head 2 and the cylinder 3, an upper filter 7, desiccant 8, lower filter 9 and lower cover 10 are laminated on a lower surface of an upper cover 6 in contact with the protrusion 11, and a flange 101 of the cover 10 is fixed to the cylinder 4 by caulking. An upper space 13 of a predetermined height is formed between the head 2 and the cover 6, a gap 12 for passing the refrigerant is formed on an outer periphery of the cover 10, and a lower space 14 of a large volume is formed thereunder.
