This air conditioning register 1 comprises a panel member 2 having an opening for an operation section and a vent hole 21, a cylindrical retainer recessed into the panel member 2 and communicated with the vent hole 21 while dividing the inside of an air flow channel in which the air-conditioning air flows, a horizontal fin pivotally supported within the retainer and capable of adjusting the wind direction of the air-conditioning air in the vertical direction, a vertical fin pivotally supported within the retainer and capable of adjusting the wind direction of the air-conditioning air in the horizontal direction, and a spherical operation section 60 capable of simultaneously operating the vertical fin and the horizontal fin and provided with a sectional spheres 603, 608 and 609 protruding from the opening for operation section.
