PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system that can further improve the comfortableness.SOLUTION: According to the embodiments, the air conditioning system can be applied to a building of which energy is managed by an energy management system. The air conditioning system includes an acquiring part, an estimating part, and a controlling part. The acquiring part acquires information that can be collected by the energy management system. The estimating part estimates a heat load in an air-conditioned area on the basis of the acquired information. The controlling part controls an air-conditioning apparatus for executing air conditioning in the air-conditioned area on the basis of the estimated heat load.
