Abstract:

To efficiently perform air conditioning of a plurality of air conditioned spaces and to save energy.

This air conditioning system control device has a central control portion 30 and a local control portion 40, and the central control portion 30 comprises a heat source machine measuring system A for measuring an input/output state of a heat source machine, a setting portion 42 for setting the air conditioning data of the air-conditioned spaces, an outside air measuring system B for measuring the outside air state data, a total air conditioning load calculating portion 31 for determining the total air conditioning load as heat exchange amount of the heat source machine on the basis of cold water inflow, feeding temperature and cold water outflow rate of the heat source machine 2, an optimum operation state estimating portion 32 for estimating the state quantity for optimally controlling air conditioning device of an air conditioning system while applying the determined total air conditioning load, the air conditioning state data and the outside air state data as variables, and a heat source control 33 for controlling a cooling tower fan 5, a cooling water pump 6, a cold water pump 9 and a compressor 2c as the air conditioning device, so that the state data measured by the heat source machine measuring system A is agreed with the estimated state quantity.
