PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve price reduction of a whole system and to perform version-up of a system easily.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 1 includes: indoor units A1, A2; an outdoor unit B; and a control device 3. The control device 3 is a device independent of the indoor units A1, A2 and the outdoor unit B. In the control device 3, indoor unit control units 41, 42 for controlling the indoor units A1, A2 respectively, and an outdoor unit control unit 43 for controlling the outdoor unit B are mounted as virtualized processors respectively. The control device 3, the indoor units A1, A2, the outdoor unit B and sensors 20 are configured so as to be able to receive information via a common bus 5. The indoor unit control units 41, 42 and the outdoor unit control unit 43 mounted on the control device 3 as virtual CPUs acquire the information from the sensors 20 and the like via the common bus 5, and by executing the control program respectively, they generate control commands for various devices for configuring the indoor units A1, A2 and the outdoor unit B.
