To provide a technique regarding provision of building frame cooling at night during the summer season without causing a heating load even under conditions without sunshine of the winter season by utilizing exhaust heat following machine chamber air conditioning, in a building of a double skin structure.
One part of exhaust heat air rises along an office zone 7, and it is ultimately discharged to the exterior via a heat exchanger 5 of an outdoor unit 4. In the winter season, a damper 3b for outside air introduction and a damper 3c for exhaust are closed, and they are adjusted such that outside air introduction and exhaust of exhaust heat air are not carried out via these. In such manner, by introducing exhaust heat air into a double skin 3, TrTdTo is provided, and the double skin 3 functions as a buffer (reduction of the heating load). Introduced outside air heated by heat exchange with the exhaust heat air is introduced into an office floor 7 via a ventilation duct 13. It is also supplied into a room via a floor space 7a, and it is exhausted to the exterior from a ceiling space 7b.
