To improve a waking feeling and a refreshed feeling of the human body with a synergistic effect of a lighting system with the awakening action of light in addition to a comfortable space of an air conditioner in an air conditioning system with the built-in lighting system.
This air conditioning system comprises the air conditioner 1, the lighting system 2 disposed almost at the front face of the air conditioner to bring awakening action to the human body, and a control means for controlling the air conditioner 1 and the lighting system 2. Improvement of the waking feeling in the morning and prevention of dozing in the daytime are attained with the synergistic effect of the lighting system 2 with the awakening action of light in addition to the comfortable space of the air conditioner 1.
