To provide an air-conditioning system of a living organism conveyance container which can safely convey a living organism to a remote area while maintaining an appropriate living environment.SOLUTION: A dust filtration material (filter) 109 is installed between a cargo chamber environment management chamber 103 and a cargo chamber 102, and a duct 118 is provided which supplies an air flow made comfortable by an air conditioner along a conveyance direction by a conveyance vehicle of a ceiling 102a of a housing 101 toward a rear inner wall 102b of the cargo chamber. A rear suction port 105 is provided which penetrates through the ceiling of the cargo chamber of the housing and sucks outside air into the cargo chamber. A front discharge port 106 is provided which penetrates through the ceiling of the cargo chamber of the housing, is provided on a front side and discharges partial air of the cargo chamber to the outside. A circulation route is formed in which an air flow 115 mainly circulating in the cargo chamber and the cargo chamber environment management chamber flows downward in a floor surface 102c direction from an upper region of the cargo chamber to a rear inner wall of the housing and changes to a lower region direction of the cargo chamber, flows upward in a front inner wall 102d of the cargo chamber and returns to the upside region of the cargo chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
