To provide an air conditioning system enhancing durability to an external stress such as a pressure while blocking performance to suspended matters in the air and gas permeability of a gas permeable membrane in the air conditioning system using the gas permeable membrane.
As a permeable membrane (13) in an air conditioning system, in which supply of a gas into a space to be air-conditioned and/or discharge of a gas from the space to be air-conditioned is performed through the permeable membrane (13), an asymmetric membrane (13) that is formed of a cyclic olefin addition polymer is used. The cyclic olefin addition polymer is obtained by addition polymerizing a cyclic olefin-functional siloxane or the cyclic olefin-functional siloxane and a cyclic olefin compound, and the ratio of a structural unit derived from the cyclic olefin-functional siloxane is 5-100% by mole in the addition polymer. In addition, the cyclic olefin addition polymer has a number-average molecular weight (mn) of 10,000-2,000,000 in terms of polystyrene as determined by GPC wherein tetrahydrofuran is used as the solvent.
