Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system showing a superior efficiency including a heat source device utilizing geothermal heat, a heat source device using electricity or fuel and an air conditioner device performing an air conditioning under utilization of heat of circulating fluid cooled/heated by these heat source devices.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 100 comprises a geothermal heat exchanger device 60 for cooling/heating circulating fluid at a geothermal heat exchanger 61 utilizing geothermal heat, a cooling tower 80 for cooling/heating circulating fluid and a boiler 90, an air conditioner device 30 and a controller 70. The controller selectively executes the first control mode in which the air conditioner device performs an air conditioning operation under utilization of heat from the circulating fluid cooled/heated by the geothermal heat exchanger and the second control mode in which the air conditioner device performs an air conditioning operation under utilization of heat of the circulating fluid cooled/heated by the cooling tower or the boiler. Under the second control mode, when surplus heat more than requisite amount of heat required for the air conditioner device to perform air conditioning operation, heat of the circulating fluid is given to the geothermal heat exchanger device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
