Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy and responsiveness of a control for stably maintaining a room temperature, in an air conditioning system equipped with a coolant circulation circuit containing a variable displacement compressor.
SOLUTION: A control valve CV detects a pressure difference ΔP(t) between two pressure monitoring points P1, P2 set in the coolant circulation circuit as an index to presume the coolant discharge capacity of variable displacement compressor CM, and controls the discharge capacity of the compressor by a feedback so that the pressure difference between those two points comes close to a set pressure difference. A control device 70 outputs a command to change the set pressure difference to the control valve CV by determining or re- computing the pressure difference based on information for switching from the mode selector and the air volume switch of an operation panel 80 for air conditioning. The information from the mode selector and the air volume switch is used as information to signal a sudden change of a cooling load to the control device 70 in advance or simultaneously with the change.
