To allow the body of a user to be efficiently cooled or heated by using a Peltier element.SOLUTION: An air conditioning unit 1 for cooling or heating the body of a user comprises: a Peltier element 17; a metal plate 19 joined to one surface of the Peltier element 17; a metallic heat exchange plate 20 having a larger area than that of the metal plate 19, and arranged on the side of the body while being joined to the metal plate 19; a heat sink 15 arranged on the other surface of the Peltier element 17; a fan 14 arranged opposite to the heat sink 15, and releasing heat of the heat sink to the outside; and a fan cover 11 fitted while covering the heat sink 15 and the fan 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
