Abstract:
PURPOSE: To give air-conditioning ventilating equipment an automatic function of switchover to heat exchange ventilation and ordinary ventilation which can fulfill sufficiently an energy-saving ventilating function which the function has inherently.
CONSTITUTION: The main body of ventilating equipment wherein switchover to heat exchange ventilation with supply and exhaust of air and ordinary ventilation with the supply and exhaust of air can be executed by a switching damper 9 is provided with a control processing part 10 which estimates an air- conditioned state of the inside of a room being an object of ventilation on the basis of information of temperature detecting parts 12 and 11 detecting an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature respectively and of an operation stop detecting part 14 detecting a state of stop of the operation of an air conditioner 13 provided in the room being the object of ventilation and executes the switchover to the heat exchange ventilation or the ordinary ventilation by controlling a damper driving device 8 in accordance with the estimation.
