PURPOSE: To provide a lightweight bottle conveyance air conveyor capable of preventing a main body of a lightweight bottle having a neck ring from being flawed at a shoulder portion thereof during conveyance of such bottle.
CONSTITUTION: In an air conveyor for conveyance of light-weight bottles, which air conveyor is adapted to carry a lightweight bottle 1 having a neck ring 14 along a conveyance path by pressing a head portion 10 of the bottle 1 by an air stream, bottle support band strips 4 each provided with a guide slot 40 for limiting to a specified range the inclination of the neck ring 14 of the bottle 1 during conveyance thereof are successively provided along the conveyance path, and the width of the guide slot is so set that when the bottle 1 has been inclined, a shoulder portion 16 thereof may be prevented from contacting the underside of the bottle support band strip 4.
